including how these components relate to and assist each other,
as represented by the Information Processing Cycle, or IPOS
- The various categories of software and examples of each
- The decimal, binary,
and hexadecimal number systems
and converting between them
- How computers use the ASCII table to represent characters in
decimal, binary,
and hexadecimal notation
- Study your Binary Hex lab as well as your "Buy a Computer"
homework. There will be questions from both the lab and
homework.
