Fundamentals of Engineering Exam Review |

General Information:
The Review Course:
This review will help both students and engineering graduates who are
planning to take the Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Examination
To take the exam, an
application to the California Board for Professional Engineers and Land
Surveyors must be made by February 20, 2009 in order to take the April 25, 2009 examination.
Time and Date:
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays -
6:00 - 8:00 p.m.,
March 3, 2008 - April 21, 2009
Location:
Khoury Hall room 203, University of the Pacific,
Stockton campus
Fee for anyone not currently enrolled at
Pacific: $500.
Purpose of this Review Course:
To help Pacific engineering students prepare to take and pass the FE Exam.
Review Course Benefits:
The course provides access to
knowledgeable instructors that will guide and direct you through the
preparation for the FE exam by emphasizing step-by-step solutions to problems
similar to those on the exam. Furthermore, we will help you set a pace, and
focus your studying efforts, so that you review all relevant areas before the
exam.

Materials: This review is taught using the following
materials:
- FE Review Manual: Rapid Preparation for the General FE exam by Michael R. Lindeburg,
2nd edition. Available for check out at the Pacific Library.
- NCEES, Fundamentals of Engineering Supplied-Reference Handbook, 8th
edition, which will be
provided. Available
to borrow from Dr. Estrada – requires a $10 deposit.
About the Instructors:
The instructors are University of the Pacific professors who combined have over
100 years of teaching experience! Each of the instructors is an expert in the
area they teach.
