| Chapter Project Report |
I. General Description:
Candidates, members, and faculty gathered at a local Pizza/Entertainment
establishment to meet and socialize.
II. Purpose & Relationship to Objectives of TBPi:
The activity allowed members and faculty to get to know the new candidates
and have fun.
III. Organization & Administration: in conjunction with another
group? No
The only coordination involved was deciding what type and quantity of pizza and drinks to order and collecting the money.
IV. Cost & Personnel Requirements:
Each attendee was asked to pay $5 to cover the cost of food.
V. Special Problems:
Due to the fact that the event occured at the beginning of the year before the budget requests were reviewed, we did have to ask that each person contribute toward the cost of the food.
VI. Over-all Evaluation/Results (Be specific):
Because our chief advisor invited many of the faculty, the faculty turnout
was much better than in years past. The event provided a good opportunity
for members to meet the candidates.
