I started playing piano when I was like 7 or something, but I was never very good. I quit when I was 13 to start playing drums, and I started back up teaching myself when I was 15. So I guess that's 12 years.

I learned mostly everything I know from the good old pop punk era of rock. New Found Glory, Blink 182, Rx Bandits, Saves the Day, Fall out Boy, Gatsby's American Dream, Sublime, The Beatles, Simon and Garfunkel, Death Cab for Cutie, and of course, The Mars Volta. |
