What does 3K9 Ranch offer?

 

3K9 Ranch is spread out over 6 acres of excavated land.  The land has been designed to accommodate everything from luscious pastures to easy trailer access.  The barn was professionally built that includes divided stalls.  Some of the stalls have access to outside pastures that can allow horses to venture out during desired times of the day or year.  There are indoor tack rooms in the barn which allow boarders to keeps their belongings locked up and convenient for use.  There is a sanded arena that is equipped for barrel racing, horse training, and team roping.  For more specific horse work, a sanded round pen with various equipment is available for use.  3K9 Ranch has more than enough space for trailer parking: from bumper pulls to large living quarter trailers.  This ranch is located in a convenient location.  Pleasanton Ridge is accessible by 10 minute horse ride down the historic railroad tracks of downtown Sunol.  The Pleasanton Ridge trail head is a two minute trailer ride.  Mt. Diablo Regional Park is just a 25 minute trailer ride which provides numerous trail rides and beautiful scenery.
