Here are a few samples of work from my design/build remodeling days:
Oak kitchen with maple countertops:
These four views show the four corners of a kitchen plus dining
room alteration. The clients for this oak kitchen were accustomed
to entertain socially by putting on gourmet Chinese meals for
friends. The project involved incorporating the dining area with
the kitchen area so that the cook could work and visit with guests
at the same time.
One of my specialties in
kitchen remodeling was maximizing convenient storage space.
Drawers:
full-extension hardware
brings the entire drawer clear of the cabinet for full access.
Blind corner storage:
a 'lazy susan' revolving
shelf won't work here, so a half-circle shelf rotates out and
then extends.

Making a Graceful Entrance:
Functionality and elegance enhance
each other in places besides the kitchen. Changing levels in a
home provides an opportunity for an inviting transition.
