The 30th Annual California10 PA/USATF 10M Championship race was successful on Sunday January 13, 2002. The Cal 10 road race took place at the San Joaquin General Hospital, French Camp, California. Peter Gilmore, a 24-year-old from Redwood City, won the race in a time of 48 minutes, 58 seconds. Magdalena Lewy, a native of Holland, won the female overall title in a time of 56 minutes and 01 seconds.
There were more than 479 runners who completed this years race.
