The 31st Annual California10 PA/USATF 10M Championship race was successful on Sunday January 12, 2003. The Cal 10 road race took place at the San Joaquin General Hospital, French Camp, California. Chris Graff, a 27-year-old from Palo Alto, won the race in a time of 49 minutes, 19 seconds. Kathryn Krieger, a 27-year-old from San Francisco, won the female overall title in a time of 58 minutes and 32 seconds. Shirley Matson of Marin County broke her national record in the 60-64 age division. Matson was timed in 1:07:31. Her old record was 1:08:17.
