The 32nd edition of the Annual California10 PA/USATF 10M Championship race was successful on Sunday January 11, 2004. The Cal 10 road race took place at the San Joaquin General Hospital, French Camp, California. Peter Julian, a former resident of Palo Alto now living in Boulder, Colo., won the Cal-10's overall men's title in a time of 48 minutes, 18 seconds. Peter Gilmore, of Menlo Park was second in 48:43. Magdalena Lewy-Boulet, a native of Poland, won the female overall title in a time of 55 minutes and 32 seconds. In 2002, Lewy-Boulet won the female overall title in 56:22.
There were more than 454 runners who completed this years race.
