The 27th Annual California10 PA/USATF 10M Championship race was successful on Sunday January 10, 1999. The Cal 10 road race took place at the San Joaquin General Hospital, French Camp, California. Kipp Ortenburger of San Luis Obispo won the race in a time of 50 minutes, 56 seconds. Tenaya Soserman of Los Gatos won the female title in a time of 59 minutes and 19 seconds.
